Crystal Lens Radio (Fafaa 100.3Fm) gave birth to FIMPS an exciting post-secondary and co-educational professional institute located at Dzodze in the Ketu North District Volta Region of the republic of Ghana. The School which is dynamic is a firm of an educational institute which offers an effective and professional training in broadcasting and communication techniques through scheduled and systematic course contents to enable students qualifies as Broadcast journalists and communicators on completion of training. The school is envisioned to develop world-class human resource and capabilities to meet national development needs and global challenges through needs and global challenges through quality teaching learning, research, and knowledge and information dissemination. To develop an innovative journalism and communication delivery system for the Volta region that will serve as a model for training in this underserved region in the novel program that will emulate elsewhere.
